如您希望查询、更正或删除个人信息，可通过平台提供的客服渠道联系平台支持团队，我们将在3个工作日内反馈处理结果。

九、账户注销

除法律另有规定外，我们将在合理期限内删除或匿名化处理您的个人信息。

十、隐私政策的修订与通知

十一、争议解决

本隐私政策的签订、生效、解释、履行与争议解决，均适用香港特别行政区法律。若双方发生争议，应首先协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可向 香港特别行政区有管辖权的法院 提起诉讼。

The UStat platform is provided and operated by HK KONNEX LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "Konnex" or "we"). We respect and protect the personal privacy rights of all users. To provide you with more accurate, personalized, and secure services, we will collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with this policy.

This privacy policy applies to all personal data involved when you access or use the UStat website analytics platform (https://www.ustat.com) related services. Please carefully read and understand this policy before registering or using the services.

If you use UStat services, you agree to this policy and our handling of your personal information.

I. Scope of Application

Personal or organizational registration information you provide according to platform requirements when registering a UStat account;
Browser and computer information we automatically receive and record when you use UStat services or visit the website, including but not limited to IP address, browser type, language settings, access date and time, hardware and software characteristics, page access records, etc.;
User data we obtain from partners through legal means.

The following information is not subject to this policy:

Information you voluntarily disclose to third parties when using platform services;

We commit to:

VI. Information Security

Your account is protected by a password; please keep your login information safe. If you discover any account or password breach, please contact UStat customer service immediately at: service@ustat.com ;
If you make payments using Alipay (Hong Kong Alipay), we will only record the payment status and transaction ID, and will not store sensitive information such as your payment password or bank account number. All payment operations are completed through Alipay's official channels and are subject to its privacy policy.

VII. Notice for Minor Users

If you are a natural person under the age of 18, please use this platform's services under the guidance of a guardian and avoid providing us with any personal information.

VIII. Inquiry and Correction

If you wish to inquire about, correct, or delete personal information, you may contact the platform support team through the customer service channels provided on the platform. We will provide feedback on the processing results within 3 working days.

IX. Account Cancellation

You have the right to request account cancellation. After cancellation, we will stop providing services;
Unless otherwise provided by law, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period.

X. Revision and Notification of Privacy Policy

When this privacy policy is revised, we will notify you via UStat website announcements, in-site notifications, emails, or other means. The revised policy will take effect on the date specified in the notice. If you continue to use UStat services after the policy takes effect, you will be deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to the revised privacy policy.

XI. Dispute Resolution

The signing, effectiveness, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this privacy policy shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If a dispute arises between the parties, they shall first attempt to resolve it through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the court of competent jurisdiction in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region .
