UStat Platform is provided and operated by Hong Kong Cloud Motion Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Cloud Motion Tech," "we," "us," or "our"). We respect and protect the personal privacy rights of all users. To provide you with more accurate, personalized, and secure services, we will collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with this Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data involved when you access or use the UStat website analytics platform (https://www.ustat.com) and related services. Please read and understand the contents of this Policy carefully before registering or using our services.

The following information is not subject to this Policy:

• Information you voluntarily disclose to third parties while using the platform services;

• Public records and processing information related to your violation of laws or platform rules.

3. If you use Alipay (Hong Kong) ("AlipayHK") for payment, we will only record the payment status and transaction ID. We do not store sensitive information such as your payment password or bank card account. All payment operations are completed through the official AlipayHK channel and are governed by its privacy policy.

VII. Minor Policy

If you are a natural person under the age of 18, please use the platform services under the guidance of a guardian and avoid providing us with any personal information.

VIII. Inquiry and Correction

If you wish to inquire about, correct, or delete your personal information, please contact our Support Team via the customer service channels provided on the platform. We will respond to your request within 3 business days.

IX. Account Deletion

1. You have the right to request account deletion. Upon deletion, we will cease providing services;

2. Except as otherwise required by law, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe.

X. Revision and Notification of Privacy Policy

When this Privacy Policy is revised, we will notify you via UStat website announcements, in-platform notifications, or email.
The revised policy will become effective on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of UStat services after the effective date constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

XI. Dispute Resolution

The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any disputes arising between the parties shall first be resolved through negotiation.
If negotiation fails, either party may initiate litigation in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
